Maple Dining: Deerhurst Resort’s Maple Table D’hôte menu is an annual springtime tradition, bringing the tastes of the maple syrup harvest into a signature dining experience. Available March 8 – April 26 in Compass nightly, and weekends in Eclipse, this creative and savory menu features maple-inspired dishes like their Maple Sap poached Shrimp Cocktail, Beef Striploin with maple brined baby onions, Maple Cured Rainbow Trout and Maple infused Creme Brulee plus other maple-inspired dishes.. For the Muskoka Maple Trail, the café will be serving up housemade Maple Butternut Squash soup daily.
