The Muskoka Maple Trail runs from March 8 – April 26, 2019
March 20, 2019 – MUSKOKA ON
Spring has OFFICIALLY sprung! After a slow start to the season, the air is finally filling with the sweet, sweet aroma of boiling sap as our local sugar makers get to work. Cool nights are making way to warming temperatures throughout the day which are the perfect weather combo to get sap flowing.
If you can’t tell, we love our locally harvested, pure maple syrup. So much so that we’ve created the Muskoka Maple Trail, a culinary trail centred around maple syrup. With 27 stops in total stretching across Muskoka, the Trail just might be the most Canadian adventure of all time! From sugar bush tours and pancake breakfasts, maple beer to maple butter tarts, visit as many stops as you can and turn a regular spring day into an exceptionally sweet spring day!
